Show #335--5/27/12

A big thunderstorm brought a power outage to the station tonight, seemingly futzing with everything that might make music or provide light. So, no show tonight. Better luck next week.

By the way, have you seen the video below of Doug Aitken's video installation at Washington, D.C.'s Hirshhorn Museum? It's great.

And, I would be an even suckier social networker if I failed to tell you that the Monday Music Club is back on the air for the summer once again. It's a 4-hour mix of both familiar and forgotten music from the 1960s and '70s. Oldies radio, but...better, I think.

Listen from 8pm-Midnight (EDT) ev'ry Monday, same place as this show, wiupfm.org. That is, if we're back on the air! (Fingers crossed).
